RESIDENTAL INFORMATION FOR VISITORS

Welcome! In this area we plan to provide out-of-area

visitors with information about Stamford as well as

feature homes for sale in our local community.

Our residents have many downtown venues available within walking distance. They can shop at the Stamford Town Center as well as other boutique shops, visit our  local library, work out at various fitness clubs and enjoy the eclectic culinary treats our local restaurants have to offer.

Stamford is fortunate to have 2 performing arts theaters—The  Stamford Center for the Arts and The Palace Theatre— along with other smaller theatre venues. In addition, there are 2 major movie complexes that offer the latest movie releases, and a restored movie house that features independent and foreign films.

Houses of worship are varied and nearby. High-quality public and private schools offer both choice and convenience to our residents. In addition, there are well-kept city parks with swimming, picnicking, walking/jogging courses, ice skating facilities, and various seasonal live performances as well as a local Farmers Market.

Golfers can sharpen their game at  two municipal golf courses and at a driving range.

A convenient bus stop located in front of our building offers bus rides to Stamford’s Metro North Railroad station, downtown Stamford and other areas.
